Extensive left-sided retroperitoneal hematoma (posterior pararenal). No renal or perirenal hematoma.
Location of gas locules along the needle tract and associated abdominal wall hematoma suggesting left subcostal artery puncture.
Small volume ascites (near water attenuation - not hemoperitoneum).
Case Discussion
Retroperitoneal hematoma complicating percutaneous renal biopsy (likely subcostal artery puncture).
