Large right upper quadrant heterogeneously echogenic mass with minimal internal Doppler signal. It appears separate from the right kidney.

Large right retroperitoneal mass with heterogeneous enhancement that appears to arise from the right psoas muscle. It extends laterally, anteriorly displacing the right kidney, which appears separate. Previous lower lumbar laminectomy and internal fixation.
Case Discussion
The patient was referred to a tertiary center for definite treatment and was lost to follow-up. The presumptive diagnosis is retroperitoneal sarcoma.
