Multiple patchy ill-defined mostly subpleural opacities are seen at both lungs, highly suggestive for COVID-19 pneumonia. Some of them show a reverse halo sign.
Case Discussion
Reversed halo sign is defined as central ground-glass opacity surrounded by denser consolidation of crescentic shape or complete ring. Coronavirus infection in the context of COVID-19 could be considered in the differential list.
The patient had positive COVID-19 RT-PCR.
