Advanced degenerative joint disease, most severely affecting the right > left metacarpophalangeal joints with severe subluxations. The carpus is also affected on both sides, more on the right. Scattered joint erosions are present.
Positive ulnar variance bilaterally, more on the right with evidence of ulnocarpal abutment.
Right > left hitchhiker thumb deformity.
