A densely calcified lesion is seen involving the left nasal fossa between the nasal septum and inferior meatus, denoting rhinolith.
Minimal to mild polysinusitis, and right maxillary retention cyst.
Left-sided deviated nasal septum.
Case Discussion
Rhinoliths are formed on top of a central nidus with progressive calcification. This patient did not provide any history of foreign body or intervention.
