- right proximal ureteric calculus measuring 18 x 9 mm with resultant right moderate hydroureteronephrosis
- right renal calculus measuring 6 x 4 mm at lower pole
- mild perinephric soft tissue stranding and mild right perinephric facial thickening
- small 2-3mm left renal concretions at lower pole and interpolar region
- bilateral simple renal cortical cysts
