Patient presented with complaints of pain in the right lumbar area radiating to the groin and hypogastrium.

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

  • right proximal ureteric calculus measuring 18 x 9 mm with resultant right moderate hydroureteronephrosis
  • right renal calculus measuring 6 x 4 mm at lower pole
  • mild perinephric soft tissue stranding and mild right perinephric facial thickening
  • small 2-3mm left renal concretions at lower pole and interpolar region
  • bilateral simple renal cortical cysts
