An ossified body in the long head biceps tendon sheath, full-thickness tear of supraspinatus and a bursal effusion.
Rotator cuff tear.
Case Discussion
Patient referred for right shoulder US which showed full thickness tear (not uploaded).
Left asymptomatic shoulder was examined for comparision which shows
- full thickness tear of left supraspinatus
- subacromial-subdeltoid bursitis
- an ossified body in long head biceps tendon
