Ruptured ectopic tubal pregnancy

Left adenxal hematosalpinx and surrounding hematoma which encase the left ovary and elicits high signal on T1 and low signal on T2 WI with no post contrast enhancement.
Hemorrhagic fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas.
IUCD is seen within the uterus. No gestational sacs.
Findings in keeping with ruptured left tubal ectopic pregnancy with mild pelvic hemoperitoneum.
Case Discussion
The patient had an elevated β-hCG levels. She was rushed to the ER and underwent left salpingo-oopherectomy.
