Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) within the right Sylvian fissure and ipsilateral frontoparietal region well-visualized on non-enhanced CT.
The CT angiography with 3D-VR shows a saccular aneurysm (7X3 mm) at the right middle cerebral artery bifurcation.
