CT scan of the left knee shows transverse fracture involving the anterolateral aspect of the proximal left tibial epiphyseal plate resulting in its widening. It extends anteriorly to involve the tibial tubercle. Another oblique fracture is seen extending to involve the proximal tibial metaphysis extending to its posterior cortex.
