Trauma, swelling and pain.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

A fracture is seen at the growth plate of 1st metatarsal, extending to proximal metaphysis, suggesting a Salter-Harris type 2 fracture.

Soft tissue swelling over the 1st metatarsal.
