Left-sided saphenous vein to left circumflex coronary artery bypass graft aneurysm. Left internal mammary artery to left anterior descending artery graft is patent.
Case Discussion
The most common complication of saphenous vein bypass grafts is occlusion. Aneurysm formation is rare, but like all aneurysms, SVG aneurysms may rupture.
