Bilateral hilar and right paratracheal lymphadenopathy (1-2-3 sign or Garland triad).
There are nodular infiltrates in the lungs bilaterally.
Case Discussion
The plain radiograph findings are suggestive of stage 2 sarcoidosis. Mediastinal lymphoma is a differential diagnosis.
