Minor wrist trauma a few weeks back. A focal bulge on the dorsal radial side of the wrist for a few days associated with local pain.

At the site of pain and swelling pointed by the patient (the dorsal-radial side of the wrist ), there is a thin-walled, anechoic, small lesion with a fluid cleft extending into the scaphoid-trapezium joint.
