Presentation

Swelling near the left angle of the mandible region.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

CECT Neck

ct

A well-defined, round, hypodense, non-enhancing cystic lesion in the left angle of the mandible region. There is a mild extension of the cyst wall between the left internal and external carotid arteries (notch sign).

ultrasound

A review ultrasound shows the lesion is purely cystic in nature.
