A well-defined, round, hypodense, non-enhancing cystic lesion in the left angle of the mandible region. There is a mild extension of the cyst wall between the left internal and external carotid arteries (notch sign).
From the case:
Second branchial cleft cyst

A review ultrasound shows the lesion is purely cystic in nature.
Case Discussion
The imaging findings are compatible with the second branchial cleft cyst.
