Ultrasound confirms the presence of gallstones and a small spleen.
Case Discussion
This case shows abdominal manifestations of sickle cell disease, commonly hepatomegaly, gallstones and autosplenectomy. The patient has a known history of sickle cell disease with repeated blood transfusions.
