Presentation

Facial pain, runny nose, and feeling of nasal obstruction.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Pronounced polypoid mucosal thickening and fluid in all paranasal sinuses with osteomeatal complex and sinus cavities obliteration are seen.
Left side nasal septum deviation with spur is noted.

Case Discussion

The case illustrates the typical non-contrast MDCT features of pathology-proved paranasal sinuses polyposis. The allergic trait and background of cystic fibrosis should be evaluated.
