Presentation

Symptomatic, unexplained sinus bradycardia. For cardiac MRI to exclude structural heart disease before pacemaker insertion.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
mri

Left sided liver and right sided stomach.

Polysplenia on the right side.

Levocardia present.

No features of structural heart disease.
