Multiple sclerotic lesions are noted involving calvarial bones. No bony destruction or soft tissue component.
Brain parenchyma appears normal.

Areas of increased radiotracer uptake are noted involving the calvarial bones, ribs, spinal vertebrae, scapula, pelvic bones, and femora on bone scan suggestive of skeletal metastasis.
Case Discussion
Sclerotic metastases are usually from breast or prostate cancer.
The patient gave a history of treated breast cancer 5 years ago, lost for follow-up, and later confirmed to be a metastatic recurrence.
