Painless swelling of the right parietal region

Gender: Male
x-ray

Well-circumscribed expansile lytic lesion of the right parietal bone involving the outer and inner table of the skull with sclerotic rim. It is composed of thick dense bands radiating outward from the center, giving the classic honeycomb or sunburst appearance.
