well-defined exophytic sclerotic lesion measuring 11 x 15 mm arising from the outer table of the right parietal bone, which is likely a skull vault osteoma.
small well-defined extra-axial hyperdense focus measuring 4 x 7 mm, in the right frontal region, which is likely a calcified meningioma.
no recent intracerebral hemorrhage, infarction, hydrocephalus, mass effect or midline shift is noted.
sclerosed right mastoid air cells. paranasal sinuses and left mastoid air cells are well-aerated and clear.
