SLAP tear

Tear of superior glenoid labrum extending from anterior to posterior from approx. 9 to 1 o’clock position.
Mild tendinosis of the intracapsular segment of the long head biceps tendon including the biceps anchor is seen.
Acromion dhspr is type II with mild acromioclavicular joint arthropathy, mild joint effusion and subchondral edema (more in distal clavicle).
Case Discussion
Findings are typical of a superior labral anterior posterior (SLAP) tear.
