Presentation

Complaint of pain in left iliac fossa with onset 3 days before admission. Physical exam shows pain with palpation, done with limitations due to patient's obesity class III.

Spielgian hernia between left lateral border of rectus abdominis muscle and ipsilateral semilunar line, with peritoneal fat inside hernial sac.

The mild hyperattenuation of adipous tissue shows inflammatory process, related with patient's pain complaint.
