Spinal hemangioblastoma

there are two ill-defined intramedullary T2 hyperintensities (eccentrical with an exophytic component) involving the posterior cervical spinal cord at the level of the occipital foramen (lesion A) and at the level of C6-C7 (lesion B)
theses lesions demonstrate vivid nodular contrast enhancement (lesion A, lesion B)
there is no significant spinal cord expansion or syrinx
Case Discussion
Multiple intramedullary enhancing nodules with no signs of malignancy, in a patient with a history of Von Hippel-Lindau disease. The first diagnosis to consider in this case is spinal hemangioblastomas.
