A well-defined cystic lesion within enlarged spleen along with multiple daughter cysts within it.
Case Discussion
Primary splenic hydatid cyst is very rare as compared to secondary splenic hydatid cyst. The radiological findings are as splenomegaly, soft tissue mass with or without calcification. However, it may show typical radiological appearance of the hydatid cyst.
