CT reveals splenic vein aneurysm at the level of the splenic hilum. No mural thrombus was seen. Aneurysm was measured 32 x 28 mm.
Case Discussion
Splenic vein aneurysms are extremely rare. In this case, splenic vein aneurysm was found incidentally.
