Splenomesenteric venous confluence aneurysm

Aneurysm of the splenomesenteric venous confluence (max 4.2 cm). There is no significant compression of the main bile duct or duodenum.
Case Discussion
The patient is asymptomatic without signs of portal hypertension or liver cirrhosis. No history of abdominal surgery, trauma or pancreatitis. This splenomesenteric venous aneurysm was an incidental finding.
