Presentation

Patient presents with sudden onset right-sided chest pain accompanied by severe dyspnea.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

The frontal view shows hypertransradiancy in the right hemithorax associated with an atelectatic right lung lmedially.

Mild contralateral mediastinal shift.

Otherwise normal.
