Presentation
Vaginal bleeding.
Patient Data
There is a 30 x 45 x 55 mm bulky soft tissue mass with irregular margins centered on the uterine cervix with extension to the upper 1/3 of the vagina and parametrial infiltration on the left side. The mass shows restricted diffusion and moderate heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Few enlarged internal iliac chains regional lymph nodes, with diffusion restriction suggestive of regional metastatic nodes.
No evidence of invasion of the adjacent organs.
Case Discussion
Stage IIIC1 of cervical cancer is considered according to FIGO system staging.
