CT showed an infiltrating tumor with irregular borders at the anterior left floor of the mouth and gingivo-buccal sulcus, that crossed the midline and eroded the mandibular bone. There was a centrally necrotic lymph node metastasis at the anterior border of the left sternocleidomastoid muscle.
