Right mastectomy. No local recurrence.
The left breast and both axillary regions are within normal limits.
Expansile lytic lesion in the body of the sternum with cortical breach most likely metastatic.
Clear lungs.
Case Discussion
Biopsy-proven invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast post mastectomy.
Current CT findings are concerning for bony metastasis in the form of sternal involvement as described above
