Epilepsy since birth

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
mri

Cortico-subcortical parenchymal volume loss of left occipital lobe showing gyriform enhancement and drop-out signal on T2*GRE images. No significant abnormal signal is seen on T2/FLAIR sequences.

Rest of the brain parenchyma is normal.
