There is a crescent-shaped, subdural hematoma/hemorrhage that involves the left frontoparietal and part of the temporal lobes, with a maximum depth of about 27.0 cm. Returning signals are hyperintense on T1, T2 WIs, and FLAIR images. Mass effects manifest as compression of the underlying sulci, adjacent brain parenchyma, and left lateral ventricle, along with a mid-line shift (about 10.0 cm) towards the right.

Case Discussion

Current MRI findings are concerning for left-sided, subacute, and subdural hematoma with mass effects on underlying structures as described above.
