there are hypointense rims coating the surface of the cerebellar hemispheres particularly seen in the gradient echo sequence
small subtle lesion within the pons, demonstrating a hyperintense signal on T2 with enhancement on the T1C+ sequence, in keeping with a probable CNS capillary telangiectasia

Features of a superficial siderosis in a patient presenting with confusion. He had a lumbar puncture two days ago, which can explain the bleeding and hemosiderin deposit along the leptomeninges.
