Presentation

Painful left elbow after a fall onto concrete whilst walking.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Male

A non-displaced supracondylar fracture is demonstrated. There is abnormal intersection of the anterior humeral line through the capitellum. A prominent anterior fat pad or sail sign is identified.
