MRI without contrast demonstrating a nonrestricted CSF signal intensity cystic lesion in suprasellar and prepontine region, distorting the optic chiasm and pituitary infundibulum, pushing them upward and forward and displaced the third ventricle upward.

Suprasellar arachnoid cyst diagnosis, can be challenging and manifest clinically in the same way of other suprasellar masses.
