Status post total thyroidectomy for papillary carcinoma. There was a growing lump in the area of the operation.

Status post total thyroidectomy.
There are two thick wall collections, bigger in the region of the isthmus area and the smaller one in the area of the right lobe. The content is thick, there is no increased vascularization, and in the smaller collection hyperechogenic content is visible.
Case Discussion
A complete excision of both lesions has been performed and the histopathology result was a granuloma around the foreign body (suture).
