Diffuse nodular subcutaneous soft tissue calcification in the right lower extremity.
Case Discussion
Soft tissue calcification associated with systemic lupus erythematosus is rare 1 however, systemic lupus erythematosus is to be considered as a differential diagnosis in patients with nodular soft tissue calcifications especially if seen in the lower extremity.
