Tenosynovitis of flexor tendons of wrist

Presentation

Chronic wrist pain. Rh factor negative.

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Female

Extensive tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum and flexor pollices longus.

Multiple small cystic changes involving proximal aspect of lunate-possible ulnar impaction. Normal ulnar variance.

Mild fluid in triqeutral-pisiform joint.


Case Discussion

Patient is a housewife who had chronic wrist pain. MRI showed extensive tenosynovitis of flexor tendons of wrist.Degenerative changes are seen in proximal aspect of lunate.
