There is no MR evidence of the uterus or ovaries.
There are well-defined ovoid-shaped signal intensities in the mid inguinal regions bilaterally. The mentioned regions are showing diffusion restriction in DWI and ADC maps.
The vaginal canal is present and blind ended.
Case Discussion
Absent uterus and ovaries bilaterally with ovoid shaped regions in the bilateral inguinal regions representing testes;. The MR features are suggestive of testicular feminization syndrome (Androgen insensitivity syndrome).
