Presentation

Complaining of right scrotal swelling and pain. Operated for hypospadias few years ago.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Right sided orchitis with funiculitis. Mild right sided pyocele. 

Microlithiasis in both testicular parenchyma. 

Small left testis.
