Right testis is small in size, compared to left, appears hypointense signal in T2WI.
Low signal intensity of the epididymis in t2-STIR sequences.
Loss of restricted diffusion in DW/ADC sequences, no significant enhancement in t1_vibe post-contrast of right testis and right epididymis.
Relative redundant right spermatic cord in medial aspect of scrotum.
Right inguinal hernia of fat consistency content.
Case Discussion
Small, non-enhanced right testis, suggestive infarcted right testis.
