Presentation

The patient presented with abdominal pain to ED

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

A large calcified aneurysm is seen at the aortic arch.

ct

Large aneurysms on the aortic arch and on the infrarenal aorta without signs of rupture.

Case Discussion

The patient had surgery - classical approach, not stent graft.The infrarenal aneurysm was resected and a short aorto-aortic Dacron graft was implanted. The thoracic aneurysm did not require any invasive management. The patient tolerated the procedure and was discharged from the hospital.
