Multiple areas of ground glass opacity are visible in the lingula of the left lung. Two patches of sub-pleural consolidation with adjacent similar ground glass haziness are noted in the left lung base which may be evolving infarcts. Multiple segments of fusiform aneurysmal dilatation are seen at the bifurcation of the two main pulmonary arteries and the right interlobar artery. These segments are partially thrombosed. The thrombus is seen extending into the subsegmental branches.
