There is no evidence of the right thyroid lobe. The right carotid artery and jugular vein are replacing the space of the right thyroid lobe and are more medial compared to the left side. The right sternothyroid/sternocleidomastoid muscles are also visualized in the right thyroid lobe.
The isthmus is partially visualized on the left aspect of the left thyroid lobe.
