Case Discussion

An incidental finding of a triad of metallic, winged, soft tissue bone anchors overlying the superior pubic rami bilaterally suggests prior pelvic sling surgery.

The patient confirmed a history of urinary stress incontinence and the performance of a bladder sling procedure many years prior.
