Perianal purulent discharge.
Patient Data
A 65 mm thick-walled tract starts at the left perianal region and courses upwards with piercing both layers of the internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 6 o’clock orientation
Abscess formation ( 15*30 mm ) at external opening of fistula at left perianal region
Retroflexed uterus
Sub serosal myoma ( 40*55 mm ) along with uterine anterior wall.
Case Discussion
According to St. James University Hospital MR classification system, this is a grade IV left perianal trans-sphincteric fistulous tract with secondary abscess formation. Patient was operated, and diagnosis was confirmed.
