Left eye blunt trauma and eye pain with decreased visual acuity.

The left eye cornea, uveo-scleral layer, lens tear, eye temporal deviation, proptosis, vitreous, choroidal, and retrobulbar hemorrhage with preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling are seen.
Superior ophthalmic veins and facial veins are dilated on both sides. Fluid in the left side frontoethmoidal sinus is noted.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of ocular globe tear and concomitant choroidal detachment and hemorrhage, retrobulbar hemorrhage, and vitreous hemorrhage which is rare occurrence.
