Tuberculous meningitis

Nodular and ring enhancing lesions in bilateral sylvian fissures, left ambient cistern and along superomedial aspects of left tentorium cerebelli.
Irregular, nodular enhancement is also seen along surface of brainstem.
Case Discussion
Findings are suggestive of tuberculous meningitis.
CSF was positive for M. tuberculosis.
