Madelung deformity bilaterally characterized by increased radial inclination angle with positive ulnar variance.
Short fourth metacarpals bilaterally.
Flexion deformity of the right fourth finger.
Case Discussion
A case of known Turner syndrome with a number of findings on hand x-ray. The flexion deformity of the right fourth finger was secondary to a Dupuytren contracture, which is more prevalent in patients with Turner syndrome possibly due to the loss of an X chromosome.
